A Pisco made from 100% Pedro Jiménez grapes, a grape born in Chile that is characterised by its light character.

This product rests in stainless steel vats to preserve its authentic purity and elegance, which transforms it into an ideal Pisco for cocktails where it mixes very well with fruits, especially citrus and tropical fruits.
Clear, shiny and translucent, pungent and fresh on the nose with herbal and citrus notes. Round and smooth on the palate with a subtle sweetness from start to finish.
